For same day cancellations and no shows, our cancellation fee is as follows. Attractions – 50%. Meals – 100%

SNBT Tours of the Home and Away film set:

It is compulsory for the customer to reconfirm tours at least 24 hours prior to travel. Failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled. Cancellations will not be accepted via telephone. Cancellations must be in written form or via email. SNB Australia reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for the following: Cancellation 48 hours - 3 days prior to departure: 25% of tour price. Cancellation 24 hours - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price. Cancellation within 24 hours of departure or no show: 100% of tour price SNB Australia reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel a tour without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, road, weather or traffic conditions, operational conditions and requirements. Where a tour is cancelled prior to the departure date we shall endeavour to offer the nearest possible departure date or, if this is not acceptable, refund your monies in full. All additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Zero to 24 hours (including no shows) before travel = 100% cancellation fee 24 hours to 1 week before travel = 25% cancellation fee More than 1 week before travel = 0% cancellation fee applied by the tour operator.

Bruny Island Safaris:

Cancellation Policy Within 24hours of departure 100% of tour price. Disclaimer – Bruny Island Safaris (BIS) reserves the right to amend itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen weather events and seasonal availability of some gourmet products.

Kuranda Koala Gardens:

Cancellation Policy Admission only: No charge - however advice given prior to or on the day of travel is required for cancellations. Package/Combination products: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Wineglass Bay Discovery Tours:

Cancellation Policy: By us: On very rare occasions, tours may be cancelled (severe weather, road closures, insufficient numbers). Should this occur you will receive a full refund and we will endeavour to offer you an alternative date. By You: If cancellation of booking is made at least 15 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, you will receive 100% refund. If cancellation of booking is made between 7 and 14 day(s) in advance of departure, you will receive 75% refund If cancellation of booking is made between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of departure date you will receive 50% refund If cancellation of booking is made within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred. No refund.
